Making history

The Lone Peak High School Varsity Volleyball team saw real challenges this year. The girls also rose to the occasion. From a quick victory against Harrison/Willow Creek in the 12C Tournament, to an incredible five game match against Gardiner, which they lost, to vanquishing Shields Valley for 3rd place in the conference.

BATTLING BACK

After a difficult loss to Manhattan Christian onThursday night, the The Big Horns went onto the court against White Sulphur Springs with something to prove on Friday – and showed how determination and resilience can pay off. It was a historic first for the Big Horns as they pummeled White Sulphur Springs for the very first time.

Burgers for Civic Engagement

Ophir Middle School and Lone Peak High School (LPHS) Social Studies teacher Tony Coppola is often seen harnessing the flames of a massive grill outside of LPHS home games. The burgers he masterfully grills help 8th grade students earn their way to Washington D.C. He describes how the fundraising works and why the effort is so important.
