Q: The Holiday stretch … Over the past year, I have lost 25 pounds, and have kept it off since September. I quit eating the 5 C’s of chips, cookies-cakes, candy, colas [sodas], creams [dips, ice cream], and shifted towards a Mediterranean style of eating.
Q: : I am a cardio animal, and have been running for years, primarily indoors on a treadmill, until I moved here. Now I can run, hike, bike and ski outdoors. I really enjoy the sweat and heart-pump I receive when running for 30-40 straight minutes. I strengthtrain twice a week at home, too.
Q: I am not a gym, group exercise or tights fan, but I need some coaching. Any advice for me?

Q: Is it true that you cannot out-train a bad diet? Or a BIG healthy diet? I have an active job, and train 3X/ week pretty hard, but can’t seem to move my belt notch. I am stronger and suck less wind, but still carry an extra 30 pounds. Any practical tips? Joe, 45
