10 a.m Big Sky Community Organization Hike & Learn Series: Guided hike along Little Willow Way and Black Diamond Trail
A quintessential Big Sky park hike. Just under two miles total, attendees will start out at the Big Sky Community Park hiking along the Middle Fork of the Gallatin River on Little Willow Way before climbing a moderate elevation on the Black Diamond Trail. Enjoy scenic views of the Community Park and Lone Mountain as hikers complete the loop back to the Little Willow Way Trailhead.
10 a.m. Ladies golf clinics at Big Sky Resort Golf Course
These hour-long sessions are $20 each or $175 for the season. This, the second clinic of the summer, focuses on ball position and alignment. Tee times will be set aside for those who would like to play nine holes after the clinic. To sign up, call the pro shop at 995-5780 or do so in person at the course.
4 p.m. K-5 Summer Reading Program at the Big Sky Community Library
The theme this summer is “Libraries Rock!” This week Montana Raptors will be at the library teaching about raptors in the Big Sky area. The Big Sky Community Library is located at Ophir School, 45465 Gallatin Road.
5 p.m. Big Sky Landscaping Tuesday Talks: Perennial Gardens at BSL Garden Center
All clinics are free and open to the public. Participants receive 15 percent off purchases made during the event.
6 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Sports: Big Sky Co-ed Softball League games at the Big Sky Community Park
6:30 p.m. Live music: Brian Stumpf at Gallatin Riverhouse Grill
