Are you a first-time home buyer? Would you like to participate in a downpayment assistance program? Course materials are relevant and useful to people from all walks of life who desire home ownership. The course is free and open to everyone, however, space is limited and fills up quickly. Registration and a $25 refundable deposit check is required to hold a seat for an individual or $40 for a couple. If you cannot attend class, you must notify organizers two days in advance to reschedule or cancel in order to have deposit check refunded. A silent auction with items from Caliber Coffee, Grizzly Outfitters, The Cave and many more will also take place with all proceeds going to Morningstar Learning Center’s family assistance scholarship program.
