Red Cliff Gun Range cleanup a success

Many hands make light (and happy) work. Members of the American Legion, Sons of the Legion and Friends of the Red Cliff Gun Range held a group clean up and target restoration of the Red Cliff Gun Range on May 20. Approximately thirty people showed up to lend a hand. Captain Jack Hudspeth commented that a large group of bachelor party “guys” showed up to help.

As per usual in Big Sky, many generous donors chipped in. Friends of the Red Cliff Gun Range and Brett Slehofer provided the supplies for restoration of the target backing. Doug Suppes brought cookout supplies provided by Roxy’s while Mark Fisher provided the cooking supplies and grilled up delicious burgers and dogs to accompany sides that fed the hungry helpers.

Hudspeth told LPL, “Let’s hope that future users of the range will keep it in good shape.”
