Sinking the threes

Lone Peak’s Jackson Lang breaks school record

Lone Peak Varsity Big Horns and Lady Big Horns battled this weekend, their first solid introduction to the season after coming out of quarantine. Jackson Lang landed a school record for three pointers when the team faced Twin Bridges, landing seven in the game and helping keep the Big Horns in step with the Falcons. He beat Cole March’s record of six.

The Lady Big Horns’ hit the court for their first game of the season with Maddie Cone, Ivy Hicks, Jessie Bough and Astrid McGuire leading the charge. They fell to the Falcons but it was a solid primer game to get them ready to battle on the court.
